500 ml capped bottle. Poured in an English nonick pint an unfiltered and hazy golden-orange coloured Spiced Ale with a generous one finger slightly beige, dense and pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. Some floating sediments. The aroma is sweety malts, pronounced barnyard and honey. The flavour is yeasty, herbals hops, herbs, rosmarin, honey and some sourish notes. The mouthfeel is round, creamy and strong herbal bitter. The texture is oily. This medium bodied Spiced Ale has a dry herbal bitter finish. The pronounced herbal side of this Ale makes it as not so easy drinkable, but I enjoying the try !
