An unfiltered German style Wheat beer. The yeast strain used creates both a fruity and spicy Bavarian weiss. Flavors of bananas and cloves will astonish you. This recipe was our first beer produced in North Conway, and the first batch won the Best of Show at Strawberry Banke Brewers Festival, Portsmouth, NH, Fall 2000.
