The IPA I have had many times at this brewery pours with a nice 1/8 inch head. Most of the bartenders try and give best pour for the money. The color is light amber and clear. Sometimes the color of a sunset. Aroma has plenty of hop but not a lot of maltyness. Initial taste is of the hops with little malt flavor to back it up but as it warms the malt comes through. Finish is dry and clean. Not the greatest example of the style and could use more malt to balance the hops. Not high in alcohol but about right for a nice session beer.

I'm pretty sure we got a six pack that had gone bad because this resembled nothing that a pale ale brings to the table. If this was what the brewer intended to give us then this was the worst beer I've ever had.

One on Mishawaka Brewing Company’s standard offerings. This beer has a medium hop aroma with a little bit of malt in support. Served with no head. Light copper with some yellowish highlights. Grassy and floral. No real malt flavor. Kind of disappointing
