Seven mules color is straw (a little darker than a pilsner) with a little head that does not give any hint of what is to come. The aroma is benign with some malt aroma and no hop aroma. The initial taste impression is a sweet maltiness that is reminiscent of sugar candy. The alcohol is in the background enticing one to enjoy another taste. There is some dryness to the beer but not much hop flavor. After about the third swallow the alochol warmness starts to make this one fine experience. The brewery only allows three servings per patron for good reason. Once this beer starts flowing then it is difficult to put down. Make sure you have a designated driver.

This pale ale color is a clear pale golden color. Not much head. Aroma is very light in hops with hardly any malt. Light grass clippings come to mind during the initial smell. The taste is exceeding light in malt but it is a pleasing smooth / hop taste. No real alcohol flavor. The flavor comes out a little more as the beer warms. But still this could use some work on the balance.

The IPA I have had many times at this brewery pours with a nice 1/8 inch head. Most of the bartenders try and give best pour for the money. The color is light amber and clear. Sometimes the color of a sunset. Aroma has plenty of hop but not a lot of maltyness. Initial taste is of the hops with little malt flavor to back it up but as it warms the malt comes through. Finish is dry and clean. Not the greatest example of the style and could use more malt to balance the hops. Not high in alcohol but about right for a nice session beer.

Pours black with a light brown head. Aroma is light at first (served a little to cold) with more roast malt aroma as it warms. Tastes of sweet coffee flavor, similar to mocha. Finishes dry leaving a desire for more. Flavors are more substantial as it warms. One of the better stouts in the area.
