A white beer, is a south German Bavarian style unfiltered specialty wheat beer. You'll see the cloudy suspended yeast, it is top-fermented. Specialized strains of yeast are used which produce overtones of banana and clove as by-products of fermentation, thus taste a variety of fruit and spice in this flavourful beer. Tasting Notes A perfect blend of dark roasted malts and centennial hops creates this impeccably balanced beer. A touch of hazelnuts are added to give a rich nutty flavor and a smooth malty finish. Truly nutlicious!
