This Double IPA combines a full bodied malt bill with a generous amount of hops. Centennial and Cascade hops provide a citrus aroma and flavor. We love experimentation so we added Rishi's Oolong Tea before and after fermentation. The Oolong Tea that we use has a rich earthy and roasty notes that compliment the intense hop flavors.

On tap @Milwaukee Ale House. Deep amber pour, white head, some lacing. Big grapefruit and fruity aroma and taste, big initial bitter which milds subtly, malty in the middle, bitter on the end. The tea addition mellows the bite somewhat but give a nice mellow spice. Nice brew.
