This Bavarian-style unfiltered wheat ale is a warm weather staple at Milly’s. It’s quite refreshing when you need to beat the heat. True to it’s roots, we ferment our Heffeweizen using an authentic yeast from Weihenstephan in the Freisting district of Upper Bavaria, which generates banana, clove and bubblegum flavors and aromas.
