The grain bill for this beer is big, and it calls for over 60% wheat malt. The Wheat malt also helps to contribute to the whiteness of this beer. The high gravity of this beer combined with the suspended yeast give it a luscious, nectar-like mouthfeel. The Yeast are essential to the beer, as they give it characteristic fruity tones such as Clove, Banana, Vanilla, and Bubblegum.

A nice hefe, aroma of bubblegum, banana, and clove. A yellow- orange hazy body, not much head or lace, mouthfeel was nice. Flavor was similar to the aroma with the banana, spices and bubblegum, with a clean dry finish. Overall it was a pretty good hefe. Best millstream so far, thanks to my family for sending me these.
