Miller High Life Ice

from my notes: very pale yellow with a large head the taste when ice cold was watery with a lot of malt. One benefit was it was very cheap which was a requirement during my college days. Also the ladies liked it as it was a "lite" beer. Now days if this beer was still around I wouldn't touch it with a 15 ft. pole.

Sadley this is another in a long list of crap that I have had way too much of over the years. In high school this was what we bought because everyone could get drunk off 4 or 5...we all also only weighed about 120 lbs.

As far as Ice beers go, High Life Ice is pretty run of the mill. Malty with an emphasis on the malt. Not full bodied, as it is pretty watery. Average, nothing else.

This is basically average stuff and it's a doggone shame that when you think of average or typical American beer, this is what you come up with. It's not bad, but lacking a bit in flavor. I hope the whole "ice" thing has run it's course.

I really don't know what to say other than I hate this beer. I really think it sucks - tastes extremely malty. I wish Miller would stop making this swill and spend their money making something decent.

Although a bit on the watery side this wasn't bad at all. I was expecting this to be bland like many light beers can be but that wasn't the case. It is pretty smooth tasting in fact. It pours a light, nearly clear golden color but lacked any real aroma.

Good, and I mean it. The taste is great. the head is great. everything about it is great. I dont care if it is from Miller, this is a damn good Ice Beer from them! I always get a tallboy of the beer, and it goes with anything.

I really like this one, good american beer, good taste and good alcohol percentage. Some people didnt believe that this beer existed, but i definetely remember enjoying a case of this brew with some friends.
