Brassée exclusivement avec le houblon Sabro, cette NEIPA offre de puissants arômes de fruits tropicaux, de tangerine et de noix de coco. En bouche, son corps velouté s’agence aux saveurs fruitées ainsi qu’aux notes de noix de coco. Une gazéification plus légère accentue la texture juteuse, ce qui en fait une bière très rafraîchissante.

Hazy golden colour with a big warm off-white head, great retention and patches of soapy lacing left. The fruitiness of tangerines from the Sabro comes out softly in the nose. Citrus peel comes out eventually. The mouthfeel is on the thinner side with the alcohol well-hidden, and mostly juicy with a touch dryness in the end. Lots of citrus in the flavours, juicy, but more on the zesty side, with a light warming-bitterness. A pretty good lightly-bodied, drying, juicy and zesty IPA.
