Tall can from LCBO. Pours a massive frothy off-white head and has a cloudy ruby coloured appearance. Big soapy lace. Lively carbonation. Aromas of strawberries and rhubarb are quite noticeable along with some wheaty notes and a touch of yeast. Flavours are mostly wheat, rhubarb and the strawberries more in the finish. Creamy with a bit of a tarty mouthfeel.

Part of their Essentials Mix Pack of 2019 (spring, summer maybe) and Mill Street 99th rating for me. Can that pours a hazy golden-amber with lots of particles floating around, like strawberry pulp. The head is lovely creamy-frothy, long lasting with thick patches of creamy lace. The strawberries are definitely in the nose with natural notes. Hints of honey and leaves. The taste is mild with the strawberry and the rhubarb even milder giving some sourness to the mix. It is quite refreshing, fruity and very easy-drinking for nice warm summer days. Nicely brewed !
