What makes an IPA a Cold IPA? We took an IPA recipe, swapped out the ale yeast with lager yeast and cold fermented it to create a crisp and refreshing finish. We then heavily dry hopped it to ensure maximum tropical fruit hop flavour and aroma without added bitterness, further promoting its drinkability.

Clean, light golden colour with a frothy white head, good retention and lots of foamy lacing patches. Herbal, grassy aromas with a touch of spiciness and hints of apples. Enough grassiness in the taste as well, with that thin Cold IPA mouthfeel. A zappy, kind of touch and get a tad hazy as it pours. An easy-drinking Cold IPA, but not so much into lagered IPA.
