Brewed in partnership with the LCBO's Spirit of Inclusion Initiative, a platform which champions equitable representation by funding scholarships, coordinating mentorships, and identifying paid co-op placements for diverse women looking to advance their careers in the beverage alcohol industry. 1 in 12 Phantasm NEIPA was created by a women-led team at Mill Street Brewery. Currently taking the craft industry by storm, Phantasm Powder is imported from New Zealand and made from Sauvignon Blanc Grapes, giving this NEIPA a unique tropical aroma with a white wine lift. Dry-hopped with all New Zealand sourced hops and fermented with Vermont Ale yeast, we boosted these tropical and wine flavours and aromas to their maximum level. Tropical & citrus hop profile on the nose followed by a delicate white wine character. Matching flavour notes with a juicy, full body and smooth mouthfeel. Bitterness is low for easy drinkability.

Hazy golden colour with an amber hue, a white fluffy-frothy cap, good stay and some foamy lacing. Orange juice base with lemon zest and hints of herbal, grassiness, tropical fruits. This continues into the taste. The mouthfeel shows little bitterness, and the dryness is cut short. An interesting, fruity NEIPA with not much lingering.
