Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Hazy dark amber colour topped with a thick beige foam. Strong sweet aroma of brown, sugar, over-riped raspberries and alcohol with dryish undertones of wood and lemon-rind. Full and quite sweet flavour of wood, wild raspberries, lingonberries with warming notes of brown sugar and grapefruit. Long finish of brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, spices and grapes. Very nice!
