Lots of pine and more than ample bitterness. Also some sweet fruity hops and more malt than the average American ipa. Not too shabby...not a standout either.

A bright orange colored beer with a big fluffy textured white head rising robustly above. There's good hang time on the head. It settles eventually into a medium ringlet, light cap and a dusting of a film aside the glass. Bold noise. Total profile is grapefruit, piney hoppiness, Pome fruitiness. Bitter tartness Resinous on the tongue.

This review is from the bottle but I also just drank this on tap last week. Nice looking beer, tall fluffy one inch crown that reduced to a nipple. Heavy sweet hop aroma, ruby red grape fruit, I do hit ginger but it is faint, I only think I smell pine because I read it in the description. Aroma is good not great. Taste is crisp but not intense, highly drinkable. Woody peach flavour, hints of ginger, dusty finish. After taste lingers in a nice way. Beer seemed way better on tap but that might have been the company I was with. Brew is getting sweet as it warms. Why do I enjoy watching "Gold rush Alaska" so much. So easy drinking, Wish it was better.
