Dark pinkish pour. Strong aroma of berries, lemony funk and light white grape sweetness. Feel is light for a strong brew, quite carbonated, but the flavor intense sour raspberry and sweet raisiny finish. I didn't know what Sauternes was...apparently it's a sweet white blend infected with the noble rot. Works well here.
