Bière au malt grillé. Son goût inimitable ne lui confère aucune similitude avec d'autre. Houblonnage avec la variété aromatique Saaz, malt torréfié.

it's a orange brown beer with a big creamy foam, it smelled fresh citrus and malts, in mouth it's creamy and thick, i found grainy, malts light, lemon, spice and a touch of mango. i found a German impact, that gave a good experiance.

500 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and strong hazy orange-brown coloured Brown Ale with a generous one finger light beige, dense, fine and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is sweet malts, caramel, red fruits and a pronounced barnyard. The flavour is solid sweety malts, caramel, grainy, red fruits, plums, a spicy ( pepper ) and aciditic touch. The mouthfeel is light crispy and quite thick. The texture is a bit oily. This medium bodied Brown Ale has a dry malty finish with a light but real alcoholic feeling. A pleasant and very refreshing Brown Ale from the Centre of France.
