Hazy golden colour with a beige hue, a huge creamy, frothy, warm white head, very long retention and loads of sticky, thick soapy lacing. Nelson Sauvin is one of my favourite hops in the last year or so. It has this greener grass note with some kind of nuttiness with a touch of gooseberry. The aromas are this, but not as strong as I have felt it in other brews, so better balanced for most people. The taste shows the berries over the grassiness. A pretty good, hazy IPA with only Nelson Sauvin hops blending well.
