Une toute nouvelle bière s’ajoute à notre gamme d’IPA « Les Âmes s’Envolent » dès cette semaine. À l’image des autres versions, cette dernière incorpore d’imposantes quantités d’un trio de houblons. Dans le cas présent, le Mosaic, l’Idaho 7 et l’El Dorado fusionnent leurs saveurs pour nous donner droit à des notes de pamplemousse, de clémentine et d’ananas. Comme quoi les âmes s’envolent à tout moment…

Hazy golden colour with an orange hue, a big fluffy-frothy white cap, good retention and fluffy-foamy lacing patches. Big orange juice nose with tangerines, and a touch of lemon zest to balance the citrus notes. Again, very juicy, orange-tangerine flavours. A little herbal hints lingers. I've had many juicy, hazy IPAs, but this is probably the juiciest I have had.
