La version New England, Frigorifé et Précaire, est pour sa part hyper aromatique compte tenu de l’assortiment hors norme de houblons utilisés. D’ailleurs, nous avons employé pour la première fois du Riwaka Cryo et le résultat est fou! IPA avec Nectaron, Motueka, Citra, Citra Incognito et Riwaka Cryo.

Hazy, golden-orange colour with an off-white, frothy cap, nicely lasting with thick foamy lacing left. Orange aromas with tropical fruits, lemon zest and herbal hints. Wet mouthfeel with a smooth drying end. Citrus zest flavours with a touch of the tropical fruits. An easy-drinking, refreshing, fruity, juicy IPA with just a tad dryness.
