Houblonnée au Galaxy, au Citra et au Mosaic, Fauche Alerte use du meilleur de ce que ce trio de houblons a à offrir pour amener sont lot de puissantes notes tropicales. Pamplemousse, orange, mangue, pêche et ananas sont toutes des saveurs qui nous viennent instinctivement en tête suite aux premières gorgées.

Hazy, golden colour with an orange hue, a fluffy-frothy white cap, good stay and some sticky-soapy lacing. Clementines in the aromas with oranges, herbal notes, some mild grassiness and lemon zest. This zest is what I getting more in the taste, creating a drying finish. An orange base with even hints of liquorice. All of this gives some good bitterness. A nice juicy IPA with some fruitiness on one side, and bitter-anise-zest on the other.
