L’humanité court après sa propre fin. Malgré l’espoir dans le déboire, le destin est certain. On joue ici avec nos 2 houblons favoris ainsi qu’avec le petit nouveau de Nouvelle-Zélande. Brassée avec Nelson Sauvin, 2 row, blé et avoine. Dry hopped avec Nelson Sauvin et Citra, suivi d’un 2e dryhop, 100% Riwaka. Honnêtement, on est pas mal fou de celle-là. Ceux qui ont aimé la version Riwaka de notre série SINGLE TOUCH vont C-A-P-O-T-E-R sur cette bière. Notes de FEU.

Hazy, golden-orange colour with a white frothy-bubbly head, good retention and patches of foamy lacing. Beautiful Nelson Sauvin aromas of white grapes with some mild lemon zest, orange juice and oats. The flavours blend the lighter vinous notes with more citrus zestiness, creating some bitterness, and then dryness in the finish. This dry end keeps on building as you drink. Feels like I am getting a little more dry-hoppiness from the Citra, than the wine-like hops. Wish I would get more Nelson and Riwaka. Still, a nice DDH IPA.
