Bière surette d’un jaune très pâle et légèrement trouble. Au nez, des notes salines héritées de l’ajout de salicorne cueillie sur l’Isle-aux-Coudres. En bouche, une touche fraîche, minérale et citronnée. Eau, Blé, Orge, Houblon (Saaz), Levure, Salicorne.

Lightly hazed, light-bright golden-yellow with a small white cap, fizzy lower retention, but some ring left. Gose-like aromas with mild sourness, saltiness, with some herbal notes and hints of dandelion, berries. The taste is mild with some tartiness, a tad nuttiness, citrus juices. A wet, bland mouthfeel. Alight, but wish this one had more punch to it.
