Meinklang Organic Ale From Austria, this unique, organic, biodynamic beer is created with ancient and traditional grain varietals unique to the region, called Urkorns. Brewed by Meinklang farm, a biodynamic, organic farm and wine estate located in the Pannonian area of Burgenland in the east of Austria. Grown on the Meinklang farm, the Spelt, Emmer-wheat and Einkorn wheat are known as the oldest grains of the world and are parents to be modern wheat hybrids. Einkorn wheat gives the robust spicy and nutty flavors to the beer. The Meinklang brewery is the only Demeter brewery (organic) in the world.
