Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7
Light golden-yellow colour, on the clean side with a big fluffy-frothy white head, decent stay and leaving patches of foamy lacing. Grassy-herbal nose with apple-pear fruitiness, hints of wax. The mouthfeel is wet at first, but has a fairly big building dryness, almost on a sharp side. Fruity, waxy flavours with the hops thinning the finish. Mild bitterness and gets a little hazy near the end. Well done, but not a style I really enjoy, as oppose to other IPAs.
