This devilishly good Belgian Golden Strong Ale has a spicy fruitiness and soft malt sweetness. Additions of wildflower honey and Belgian candi sugar add to the complex layers of flavors. Don’t let the medium-light body of this Abbey-style beer deceive you- at 8.5% abv this demon packs a punch!

Taps clear topaz with a thick eggshell head that leaves good lacing. Aroma offers sweet malty, fruity and slightly butterscotch character. Flavor delivers malty, honey, pomme fruit and shy butterscotch tones - devilishly delicious. Mouthfeel presents decent body and peppy fizz. One helluva Belgian.

A very good Belgian - better than I would have imagined. Rich golden color with a faint white head. Light to medium bodied. Lightly malty and slightly sweet with a really complex spiciness that's difficult to wrap my arms around. Slightly bitter at the back. Nice.
