We brewed this beer to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Summits Wayside Tavern. As they celebrate 25 years of craft beer, we celebrate all they have done with this Grand Cru. This Belgian Golden Ale was brewed with orange and lemon peel, accompanying over 100 pounds of candi syrup and an array of noble hops, creating a rich yet subtle beer good enough for the next 25!

Taps clear topaz with a fair ivory head. Aroma presents sweet malt, citrus and subtle resiny tones. Flavor offers zesty citrus, fresh malt, caramel and bittwr evergreen hops - a well-rounded ale. Texture features lively fizz and smooth, fairly firm body. After a day of jury duty, this hits the spot.
