33cl bottle pours crystal clear pure gold with a thin short lived nearly bright white head of foam. The aroma offers up sweet sugary malts and some mild sweet pear to apple esteriness as well as a light earthy lime sort of floral hop sent that I’m not disliking. OK, the taste is pretty decent as well as a vague hop bite hits first and then quickly gets into a pleasing malt graininess and light biscuit sort of flavor. The hops seems mostly bitter floral mixed with a touch of earthiness and either faint onion or faint lime, hmm(?). Midway and into the finish the malt sugary sweetness and sweet fruity esters do their best to over take and ruin this beer but the mild hops and slightly dry graininess pull an all-nighter to keep that from happening. All in all it is still a pale lager.

Can, kindly shared by abemorsten. ABV is 5%. Golden colour, moderate white head. Sweetish aroma, candy, some butterscotch. Sweetish flavour, a little hops in the finish. Could have been worse.

Golden colour, not much head. Aroma of nothing, maybe slight saltyness and maizeishness if you really dig in it. Flavour is harsh, hops and salts. Unpleasant in most ways. But still, a new country sampled!

Bottle. Golden colour with a slim bubbly white head. Sweet dry and grainy aroma. Sweet tasting, malts and caramel and some very light bitterness. Very thin. Very forgettable stuff, just short of offensive.

transparent golden colour, fine head, herbal and malty aroma with notes of peanuts, tart, full-bodied with a dry bitter finish - without doubts one of the best 'helles' in the world
