"Munich Malt" is used in this recipe to give a richer maltiness and a darker amber color than the regular Hefe Weizen. Made with the same yeast which imparts the fruity spicy flavors and cloudiness. 5% alc. 18 IBU. Comparisons: Any traditional dark German-style wheat beer; ours is amber, thus on the light side of dark or Dunkel Weizen Beer.
