Originally based on GB Pale Ale, we have tried to create a summer beer that combines a distinctive aroma and drinkability, while retaining fullness and power, which is suitable for warm summer evenings. We used Galaxy hops charged by the Australian sun, which comes with Citra hops and their distinctive aroma of tropical fruit. The bitterness of the beer was created by use of the U. S. Apollo hops (17.7% alpha bitter acids, the strongest hops used yet in our brewery).

500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Matuška Vase a light cloudy pale-amber coloured Pale Ale with a two fingers sightly beige and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is aromatic hops, pine, tropical fruits, mango, pineapples, passionfruits, lime and notes of honey. The flavour is aromatic hops, pine, honey, tropical fruits, mango, pineapples, lime, fruity, peaches and sourish herbal notes. The mouthfeel is quite thin and powerful hoppy bitter. The texture is quite watery. This light to medium bodied English Pale Ale has a lingering very hoppy bitter and fruity finish. A characterful English Pale Ale from the small Matuška brewery in Broumy, Central Bohemia.
