To some, Janky is an expression for extremely poor or unreliable quality but its also an aromatic, well balanced, medium bodied IPA with floral and citrus notes. Brewed in small batches which means fresh beer for you. Notes: Featuring North American and locally grown Pleasant Valley Hops. We're committed to working with local farmers who are growing ingredients out of the ground and constantly at the whims of the weather. If we're being radically transparent, the hop variety might ebb and flow slightly season to season as a result. We promise you that this IPA will always be balanced, drinkable, and aromatic!

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8
Lightly hazed, golden colour with a huge warm-white head, kind of creamy with very good retention and leaving some fluffy-thick lacing. Some particles eventually make it in the glass. Lemon and orange zest, soft aromas. The mouthfeel is mildly dry, but overall fairly juicy. Citrus peel taste, so a straight up citrusy, hazy, refreshing IPA.
