This IPA pours an orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is floral hops and citrusy. A touch perfumy. A medium bodied IPA. Malts are caramel. fruity abd sweet, some orange flavors. Hops are citrusy and piney. A medium bitter IPA. A touch thin tasting and a little floral. There is also this weird alternating of this beer being hoppy and/or malty tasting. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

A dark orange appearance. An apricot and orange aroma with some strong perfume. A very bitter piney flavor upfront and tangerines in the finish. The body is a little thin. This one is for hop heads.

Hazy copper with a large, stiff-foam head that is perhaps a little too big. Head is long lasting and chunks the sides of the glass. Hoppy aroma on top of sweet malt. In the flavor the malt takes on a candy-like flavor (horehound if I’m remembering what that tastes like correctly). The hops linger a bit on the tongue. Very fruity (lots of tropical fruits) IPA and pretty interesting.

This is a great IPA. Hoppy Hour has a nice hop aroma. The beer is dark amber in color with a great hop mouthfeel. The taste is wonderful. It is a little better on draft than in the bottle. Do not let this discourage you from trying it, I only got one bottle out of my six pack once my friends gave Hoppy Hour a try. This is a definite must try if you like IPA's.
