A traditional hefeweizen, HAZE is only partly filtered for more flavour and a lovely "just cloudy" appearance. An authentic German yeast strain delivers a beer with hints of banana and spice on the nose, hints of vanilla coupled with a smooth body and a dry, tasty finish.
