*GOLD MEDAL WINNER* 2005 Great International Beer Festival - Fruit and spice ale category. Pronounced MUN-joy SAY-zon. This is a rare Belgian Ale made with yet another special yeast. We spice ours with sweet orange peel, bitter orange peel, and ginger. It is dark orange/Amber in color. Earthy, floral, woody, with hints of plums and sweet raisins, it is aged for a month before tapping. This brew continues to mature and mellow with age so thqat the last pint will be better than the first. Available in August and Early September.
