This is our German style wheat beer. It has its own unique yeast that provides many different flavors that blend with the tart wheaty malts. Banana, clove, and vanilla are just a few of the tastes you can get from this brew. We do not serve this style with a lemon wedge. Contrary to popular myth and belief, this is not the way to enjoy this beer. The beer provides enough flavor on it own. Hefeweizen is also served hazy and unfiltered. Available in June and July.
