61 Deep. Newest brew on the Burton block. 61 metres. That’s the depth of the well at the Brewery that gives this refreshing pale ale its name. The five American and Australian hops give it its fresh, zesty aroma, whilst the tropical fruit and citrus notes make it extremely drinkable. Dive in.

The beer pours a translucent medium gold colour with a 1” bubbly white head that lasts a couple of minutes. Nice lacing, but almost no effervescence. There are a lot of fruit notes in the aroma, some tropical, some citrusy, along with hints of grass and yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is well balanced between the sweet malt notes of the grain, and the slight bitterness of the tropical hops. A highly drinkable pale ale. -

Pours a clean golden colour with a big creamy warm cap, very long lasting and leaving some nice creamy lacing patches and waves. Beautiful aromas of cilantro with the other hops and hints of honey. The taste is a nice mix of this scents. The hoppiness is mild, but present with a balance of grain and honey. Not sweet though. The dryness is very low for a Pale Ale, but there as well, trying to build-up. Pretty easy session Pale Ale that still has something to show. Very drinkable !
