Brewed in collaboration with Sawdust City Brewery and Beekeeping it Real, we used Local Raw Honey, along with Ginger Root and French Lavender for a complex, balanced Saison. A higher carbonation lets the lavender aroma burst. Honey and ginger flavour lead to a smooth, dry, slightly spicy finish.
