There are many complexities within this beer all starting with the esters of our Belgian yeast bringing clove, lemon peel and orange citrus to the table. From there it changes into peppery, pine and honey notes with a bready crisp finish. Full bodied but with no heat to linger, you will be craving this beer as if it is the great forbidden fruit. We are proud to label it Grand Cru as we think it is exceptional and we hope you do too.
