We first brewed this hazy, excessively dry-hopped NEIPA last summer with Cascade Brewing from Portland, Oregon. They came here, and we went there, and brewed the same beer in two places. Citra, Centennial, and Amarillo hops give citrus and tropical fruit notes of passionfruit, mango, orange, and grapefruit.

Tall can from LCBO. Pours a massive frothing white head with thick soapy lace and has a pale and slightly hazy golden appearance. Not as hazy as expected. Moderate carbonation. Aromas of herbal, grassy and mild citrus hops, a bit wheaty and yeasty but fairly subtle. Flavours ate mostly citrus, grassy, some mild piney notes and a bit of yeast. Some juicy and fruit notes overall but not too abundant. A bit if a slick and smooth mouthfeel.

Hazy golden-yellow colour with a big white, kind of creamy head, very good retention and nicely left creamy lacing. Orange peel aromas with a little of their juices, a touch of pineapples, oats and floral hints. The flavours are pretty mild with just enough bitterness in the finish to have some hoppy taste. Juicy, wet mouthfeel with a mild building dry end. Because of the lack of fruitiness, citrus, not as juicy - but just a hazy, slightly more bitter IPA.
