A classic India pale ale style. Hoppy, crisp, and citrusy, with an underlying malt character. Made by blending lots of malted barley, wheat, and a judicious quantity of Cascade hops. A "big" beer!

Had a couple of these - really are IIPA's - at the historic Jules Mays Saloon in the historic Georgetown area of Seattle) a couple of door down from Full Throttle Bottles and across the street from what was the Seattle Brewing Company. Cool, old-time atmo, this place must be one hundred years old at least, nice service, a most pleasant lunch, and good beer at a friendly price. Nice snappy hop aroma, slight haze to the body, a great hoppy bite to the mouth, and a smooth finish.
