The Force, I mean, alcohol is strong with this one. The hot alcohol overrides the aroma, and is a little too strong in the taste for this style. Looks good, though: bright orange with a white foam head. Tastes like fruity bubblegum...think Fruity Stripes (or whatever the hell that gum is with the zebra on the label and the stripey sticks of "gum"). An ok beer, but as a triple, not one of the best by any means. A rather below average entry into what is quite possibly my favorite style.

Not sure where I picked up this bottle, but I've had it for a while now. I used to find it all over the place, but it's since dried up. So to celebrate a Raiders win and an evening with the family I popped open this bomber and gave it rate.
The beer pours out a medium orange color, slightly hazy with an off-white two finger thick foamy cap. Aroma was caramel sweet, with fruity notes of apples, pears and just a touch of alcohol. Flavors were predominately sweet, caramels and apples with a smooth finish of alcohol. Tasty beer. -

Orange gold color. Medium white foamy head. Aroma is malt, yeast, sweet and spicy. A medium bodied Belgian Strong Ale. Malts are fruity; orange, apricots, peaches. Spicy and yeasty with a very definite alcohol presence. Kind of sweet. Touches of banana, clove and pepper. Not sure if I would call this a triple, but not bad. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

2003. Not much head on this one, a nice color that resembles some lemon floor cleaner when mixed with water. Upon first smell, this is very orange peelish, as time wears on it turns mostly into alcohol and spices. It tastes very spicey, with some hopps. Definetely not great, but not a .7. Maybe it would be better aged, but they didn't seem to spend alot of time adding all of the great ingredients over time, they seemed to have thrown it together in a hurry.

Gold pour with nice head that dissapears pretty quick. Mild pepper and candy sugar arome. Taste is very mellow with a slight bit of frutiness. Nothing too special. A bit too sweet and not enough yeasty taste.

This triple pours with an orange-amber body topped by a medium thick head with some lacing. The aroma is soft, with malty notes, spicey notes, a touch of pear and a little alcohol. The flavor is slightly sweet yet bitter, grassy and spicy with a touch of alcohol. Medium to full bodied, slightly tingly and slightly dry.
