Brand new beer for the soft opening for The Quarry, Marble City's new tasting room. Nice hazy light orange hue. Fluffy but short white head, plenty of lacing. Constant wet wheat and sweet aroma, very light floral hops. Mouthfeel is NOT thin nor gritty but full. Taste of sweet sweet wheat, some yeast, bread, light honeysuckle. Very straightforward American Wheat. Refreshing.
