330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and hazy straw-yellow coloured Witbier with a three fingers slightly beige fine and dense soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is yeasty, sourish and aciditic fruits, citrus and barnyard. The flavour is grainy malts and unpleasant aciditic fruits, citrus, grapefruits. The mouthfeel is sparkling, unpleasant sourish, thin and watery. This light bodied Witbier has a dry sourish finish. A not easy drinkable Witbier. After a climb-down from the nose, the palate does'nt win a better feeling. An unexpected disappointement.
