The second offering in our series of unique Belgian beers. This could just be the one that sets the standard. The many perfumes present (that’s why we serve it in a snifter) denote the several yeasts and spices used to make this special brew. Did we mention the sugar? Copious amounts of real Belgian candied sugars went into our kettle and came out sweet and high in alcohol. Enjoy it in the 10 ounce serving that brings out those great aromas while keeping you upright on your bar stool.
