Zutaten : Wasser, Gerstenmalz, Hefe, Hopfen.

    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

750 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the Maisel special designed stemmed snifter an unfiltered and hazy copper-brown coloured I P A with a generous one finger light beige and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and ton of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is pronounced aromatic hops, pine, moderate malty and yellow fruits, peaches, citrus. The flavour is aromatic hops, resin, pine, juicy fruits, grapefruits, oranges, citrus, caramel malts and noticeable notes of honey. The mouthfeel is light crispy, quite thick and fulled, bitter. The texture is oily. This medium to full bodied I P A has a long sweety and hoppy bitter finish. A nice, beautiful and deep hoppy bitternesss for this I P A from the Bayreuther and specialized Weissbierbrauerei, in Upper Franconia.
