Pours clear amber with a thick and persistent ivory head. Aroma starts with tangy hop resin and adds citrus zest as you close in, with funky and malty hints appearing at the end. Flavor features piney and somewhat bitter hops, zesty orange and grapefruit, fresh malt, just a touch of funk. Texture provides peppy fizz and smooth, firm body. Have it with lunch - or make it your liquid lunch. ;)

Straight forward and well balance IPA. Great hop profile that is borderline dank, and very juicy. Tons of fruits and evergreen. Light cracker body with just a touch of caramel. Nice golden copper body, half inch head and stringy lacing. An everyday IPA if I lived in Maine.

Bottle dated 10/14/2012 - this is a regular IPA at 7% abv according to the bottle. Yellowish orange pour with a sticky white head that offers nice lacing. Herbal and earthy aromas dominate and flavors of lemon, citrus, and hay are present. This is a nice IPA, not as astringent and floral but rather earthy and biscuity like an English style IPA. It has great drink ability and is supremely refreshing. It's certainly a nice change of pace. I'd certainly buy again.

Mild nose full of grapefruit, pepper and a bit of pine. Pours a golden amber that is clear with a white head that has good retention and very nice lace. Mouth is medium with good fizz and slick. Flavor is for you hopheads, tons of grapefruit, a hint of malt, sweet and sour delight that finishes dry. Alcohol well masked. Finish is very dry and clean.
