The dry sweetness from the honey was easily detected throughout, and it provides a great addition to the classic German wheat style. Soft banana and clove seem to be enhanced by that wonderful honey addition. Dark yellow body and a sweetened mouth feel that is wonderful. I would like to see more honey wheats around.
