Decent dark brown color with huge foamy brown head. LAcing and lasting. Aroma is bit weak, malty and some coffee. Taste is bit dissapointing, bit watery. Short coffee, low bitter aftertaste. (Velp 201211)

Surprizingly good beer. I was a little bit suspicious, since othe Mahous are just this kind of mainstream lagers and stuff, but this is really good one. Color is nicely darkish brown, there's much foam, but it dissapears quite fast. Aroma has strong caramel and nuts in it. Taste is really nice with lots of caramel and cookies, which will be remain in your mouth for several minutes.

330 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. ABV is 5.5%. Beautiful chestnut to ruby colour, creamy and lasting tan head. Moderate but pleasant roasty aroma, notes of bakery, coffee and liquorice. The flavour is roasty with notes of burnt bread crust and burnt sugar. Coffee and tolerable hops in the aftertaste. Not too bad for a Spanish beer.

Dark brown colour with brown mediumsized head. Aroma is lovely barley malts, slight black cold coffee and caramellish. Flavour is dark roasted malts, some barley and biting hops. A bit acidic dark fruits also present when it gets warmer.

Bottle, El Manguelo Bar, Mijas, Andalucia. Red/brown coloured. Beige head, some lacing. Aroma is sweet and malty. Taste is roasted, sweet and malty, with some liquorice and a slightly bitter finish. Medium mouthfeel. Nice beer.
