Saison de Lily is a fascinating Saison-style beer reminiscent of the famed brews of Belgium's Fantome brewery. Subtly seasoned with a blend including dandelion, chamomile and orange peel, its more than a spiced beer. It's a refreshingly dry pale ale with tremendous complexity and a well-woven fruitiness from warm-fermented Belgian ale yeast.

Tasted on Tap at 2005 OBF. Orange gold color. Aroma is citrus, fruity and some must. A medium bodied saison. Malts are fruity and sweet, lots of orange blossoms, spices and a touch of yup dandelions. (think Pissalent) Fruit and spicy and sweet. Nice beer. Hides the 8% alcohol very well. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
