Last of my Bièropholie brews bought at the Dépanneur de la Rive in Cap-Rouge, Quebec. Pours a cloudy beige-orange colour with a foamy-bubbly white head. Retention is low, so is the lacing. Corriander sediments are all over. The aroma is mostly oranges though, with some alcohol hiding behind. The oranges are also very present in the taste. Mouthfeel is dry and mildly sticky. I really enjoyed this brew, but seems more like an orange fruit beer, than a witbier.

Bottle: Poured a quite dark yellow color wit with a large head with average retention. Aroma of wheat is mix with coriander and citrus. Taste is stronger then usual witbier with lots of coriander, pepper and a citrus/grassy aspect also. Wheat is clearly identifiable and very enjoyable. Body is more full then your average witbier and also I noticed that the beer is quite hazy. I like my wit to have character and this one doesn’t miss…
